Sunday, February 21, 2021 - Deep ruby in colour with aromas of black fruit, earth/oak, & a distinct vegetal/herbal note.
On the palate, medium to full bodied black fruit, tart blackberry & blueberry, again with vegetal/herbal notes, well integrated oak/vanilla with medium to high acidity & medium soft tannins.
Finish is long to spice/black pepper & this is balanced, lovely wine!
Can’t wait to try to the 2017/2018.
