Wednesday, February 10, 2021 - Small pour served into Acker Zalto Burgundy glass (“Root” day): Pale purplish ruby to the eyes.
Relatively muted on nose.
Good acidicity, lychee like stemmy notes with good mellow red fruits as support. Quite open now.
92-93 points.
