After a good 2-hours, the wine is now breathing and singing: sweet ashy blood orange, red berries, funky wood spice and black earth. Bright acid, tall airy structure, optimistic teenager. Aromatic, white peppers on finish, with forest floor and savoury mushrooms. Excellent stuff and will probably be stunning in a decade.
