Sunday, December 15, 2019 - Bright ruby. Abundant nose of violets and black cherry. Medium-bodied palette echoes the nose adding light peat and other slightly earthy tones. Medium plus acidity and medium minus tannins. The light-footed little brother of Coelho’s Paciencia makes for a terrific all-around Pinot Noir that will pair with practically any cuisine. Take it to lunch. Take it to dinner. Take it to the park on a picnic. Salmon (any preparation) is it’s natural best friend. Drink now through 2021.
