Sunday, February 26, 2023 - I love this wine. Patience has rewarded me. Bought this upon release and I have been consuming 2 bottles a year. This bottle is finally what I wanted to see. Excellent stuff here.

Color. Vibrant yellow.

Nose. Petrol, slate, baked apples, honey, pencil lead, straw from a horse barn, lime skin.

Palate. Baked green apples that have been marinated in lime juice. Wonderfully warm and yummy. Yet the acidity is so unbelievable. Honey coated unripe apricots. Just so fucking good
