Saturday, September 7, 2019 - Allowed to breathe in glass one hour. Clear deep oxblood-rust-brick red color. Bouquet of dried and fresh red and black fruits and their liqueurs, cigar tobacco, fennel, hints of mud flats, marsh, oyster shells. Similar on the palate, balanced, seamless, medium-full body. Improved with several hours of air. Very pleasant surprise.
