Friday, August 2, 2019 - A big step up from the Printemps bottling. Coravined then returned a week later to open. This was best after an hour of air.

Hazy pale ruby color, with bright raspberry confit and pickling spice aromatics. Fresh and acidic with robust underlying structure. It’s a little mousey, with butterscotch and popcorn on the finish. As with many natural wines, it’s interesting, but not independently delicious.
