Saturday, January 9, 2021 - Voluptuous, spicy nose of dark fruit, damp forest floor, licorice, and baking spices, perfectly balanced palate of crushed blueberry, plum and blackberry sauce, secondary notes of dark chocolate, black pepper and vanilla, chewy tannins, lengthy finish. Fabulous with Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Grapes, Mashed Sweet Potatoes and Seared Brussel Sprouts.
