Friday, July 23, 2021 - Served blind, never would have guessed it to be quite so young. I did immediately identify it as Gevrey, from the classic black cherry fruit. Good precision, but was a bit clipped -- which made sense upon the reveal. Guessing this will shut down soon and benefit from a decade of age, but for now it's still in the window of drinkability.
