Saturday, January 12, 2019 - Nose- cherry, dark stone fruit, cola.

Palate- stone fruit all the way. Plum. Cola. Very tannic but to be expected this young. Great value. Great wine.

Paired with homemade dumplings and soy honey Brussels sprouts...followed by 78% dark chocolate. Great with it all!
