Saturday, February 6, 2010 - Sweeter than I expected. This does not have the acidity I was expecting. It is borderline cloying and one dimensional when first opened. After some time it starts to open up and show some great fruit. The acidity also starts to come into balance. Definitely closer to the fruitiness of a Huet than the wooliness of a Baumard. A nice well structured chenin.
