Friday, June 3, 2011 - Stunning. The core of crushed stones is dominating now. It's like pulverized gravel, ginger and clover honey. The parts are less in evidence as the whole demands all the attention, but there's still a lovely aura of fruit and a slight acidic bite on the finish.
