Wednesday, October 1, 2008 - steadily improving as the sugar integrates and the wine finds balance in the bottle. still a bit disjointed upon opening - it was incredible on the second day, with herbs, ripe fruit, wool, wax, layers of off-dry goodness, everything you could ask for, and in a balanced and classy package. I assumed (wrongly) that this doesn't have the acidity to age well. This time the acidity was more prominent, and I'm gonna hold what I still have.
