Friday, January 15, 2021 - Splendid. I absolutely like this wine! Beautiful Appel flavours, very clean, very fruit driven, round, but with a great nervous intensity, carried by fresh acidity. Not overly complex, but hey - this is an Aligote. Many others are simply light and pleasant, but this wine has depth and energy that most Aligotes are missing. Great to see Mikulski’s magic and attention also being given to this entry level wine. Great to drink now. Very lively, so still a few years life in it, but probably won’t get better
