Sunday, January 7, 2024 - Dark red/purple center, red/purple rim with no real signs of age.
Blueberries and boysenberries, charred oak notes, snapped vine stems.
Smooth with good mouthfeel, freshly crushed black fruits, good acidity and tannin, alcohol (14%) is not intrusive at all, well integrated toasty oak, juicy fruit finish.
Excellent more focused Napa Cabernet, new world but not a fruit bomb. Drinking well now with air, but can go for 5+ more years with likely improvement.
