    11/27/2019 5:07:00 AM - Tim, this has been a great buy at under $50 and quite tasty from '12 thru the '16 but had the '17 last month out in Napa and it's quite syrupy/over extracted. I had bought 3 prior to tasting and am going to hold for a year or two and hope they calm down and get better. '17 was a tough vintage out there with record heat that summer (over 115 deg many days) and so many of the wines have this same syrupy taste and texture to them. Almost like having pure Coke syrup vs a carbonated Coca-Cola.
