Saturday, January 12, 2019 - Winorama: A winter in Wineland III; 1/4/2019-1/13/2019 (Portland/Willamette, Eureka, Napa): Had a bunch of the uncle's wines but this is our first experience with the nephew. Even from the bottle can see the influence in how the wine is portrayed. This is a nice young barolo. For me that means that there's a good structure to the wine and a certain lightness combined with power. Some more dusty red fruits. Easy and a good pairing with food.
