Wednesday, June 4, 2008 - Enjoyed with Kim in Las Vegas at Joel Robuchon's at the MGM Grand. As good as I remembered it to be. This is in my top 3-4 favorite whites, an excellent very dry, smooth, clean, surprisingly complex with good acids and minerality and only slightly fruity sauvignon blanc which paired unbelievably well with the seafood tasting menu that we did. Muted floral bouquet with a hint of apricot, mint and lavendar with minimal aftertaste. Primary flavors were apricot, tart green apples and some underlying grape fruit. Very expensive and very hard to find but in my mind well worth the cost, just a poster child for how good a dry white wine can be. Highly recommend this.
