Friday, March 14, 2008 - as close to perfect as any Sauvignon Blanc has ever been for me. Scents of gooseberry, mineral, flint, and a hint of fresh lemon on the nose. This wine continued to develop over 2.5 hours...if you love Sauvignon Blanc RUN to secure yourself a bottle of this....a truely extraordinary wine!
