Tasted non blind. Opened and served immediately. Followed over 3 hours and revisited the next evening.

Dark garnet color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of cocoa powder, black currants, black pepper and flowers. Rich flavors of black berries, raspberries, plums and a hint of bitters. Medium acidity, medium to firm tannin, full bodied. Drink now with some air or continue to hold.
