Saturday, August 1, 2020 - Medium lemon in the glass, moderately aromatic nose with gooseberry, quick forming long tears, palate is dry and crisp, fruits are tart, Granny Smith apple, star fruit, lemon/lime, rocky minerality, acidity is high, body is rich and mouthfeeling,, finish is medium +. Very nice.
