Friday, September 29, 2023 - Made from 100% Pinot Noir from Verzenay, dosage 8.5 gr/l. Pale salmon colour, red cherry and red apple on the nose, impressive steely freshness and minerally energy on the palate, creamy strawberries, hint of spice, dry but supple; good resonance and length.
