Sunday, March 29, 2020 - Deep ruby in color this wine was decanted 30 min and then drank over the next 3 hrs. Fruit forward almost oozing so offset by acidity oak and dusty tannin. Notes found throughout are of black raspberry, blackberry, plum,Vanilla, leather, dusty stone, and baking spices. Very sweet on the palate but this is balanced by the oak on the nose and the minerality on the swallow being that the stone dust almost washes the palate before a finish that builds. Drink- 2025.
