Saturday, June 12, 2021 - This is a very subtlety delicious bottle of wine that needs some careful introspection. It has a nice crisp light golden yellow color with a subtle nose and palate of tarragon, lemongrass, pear and green papaya. Bright with acidity and finishes with herbs and minerals. Nice density and texture. Good with any seafood but best with shellfish/mussels/ clams…Very vibrant and downright exuberant though a trifle less complex than the 2 Pouilly-Fuisse’s we also had this evening.
