Community Tasting Note

Tuesday, November 20, 2018 - We had a group of four tasting this wine that was picked as a possible toasting wine for my son and future DIL' wedding this weekend. That's why I bought two cases and prayed! I would have never thought this was made from Syrah! We tasted strawberry and cranberry, balance acidity, with very nice effervescence. Strawberry and a little biting acidity in the back of my throat remained after a couple of minutes. This would pair great with some nice complimentary cheese which we didn't try! This sparkling wine has been voted Wedding Bound!!!!
