95 Points

Sunday, February 21, 2021 - PNP into Zalto Burgundy glass (“Root” day): Bright pale golden to the eyes. Brilliant colours.

Upfront more luxurious fruit set of gooseberry. Lychee, elderflower, minty. Floral spices at the very best.

Ultra mineral on palate. Less about acidity but so well integrated.

Most persistent finish in the first round. Less so in the second round arguably though no doubt about the elegance.

94-95 points.

Second and third round: remained ultra elegant.
