Thursday, July 6, 2023 - Thin and pleasant with some bramble and earth tones and a nose of brined olives (some of that on the palate as well). Went well with tapas. Nothing too complex. Gained some weight in the glass and probably should have been drunk closer to release. Like a Poulsard meets Beaujolais.
