Sunday, June 19, 2022 - A great cassis and mulled cider quality on the nose. This medium bodied Cabernet has nice sweetness. I get some stewed plums, wild flowers and some good oak on the taste profile. This wine is very balanced and somewhat delicate. Definitely, not over the top on fruit but it works nicely…
