Excellent concentration, nicely layered deeply toned red and yellow fruit, generous medium fine mousse, rich and dense, but also showing good balance and precision, medium acidity, strong mineral and a long ripe red and yellow fruit driven finish with oyster shell and rainwater at the end. Tasted blind, I would have guessed as Champagne, very complex and refined. Nevertheless, it is hard to justify the secondary market price.
