Saturday, December 18, 2021 - Light, vibrant color. White Burgundy nose. Fresh. A good bit of energy and verve. Hints of matchstick. sweet orchard fruit. Very clean. Acidity really comes on as does a strong saline note that has an umami effect. Clenches pretty tight on the back end. very good with some room to grow a bit.
