Tuesday, July 28, 2020 - Wow, this is just so damn good. This bottle was very similar to the previous ‘16 I had. Still big, powerful with lots of fruit. If anything, I’d say this was smoother and less “fruity” (that’s not totally fair as the first bottle wasn’t overly fruity at all). Still nice tannins, low acid... probably even better balance now. Drinks great on its own, or with food.

Moving this up to 91 points with a Very Good QPR. Need to head over and get some more before this vintage is gone! 👍🏻
