Thursday, April 9, 2020 - Decent Bordeaux style red. Still a bit tight. We decanted for an hour as well. I would think a year or 2 might help it out but was overall decent. Not very robust.

We still have a tough time straying from some of the other OK wineries we like much better. Nothing much has changed our mind. Yet! We did visit a couple that I’m hoping do wow us. But I’m hoping to keep em laying down for a year or 2

Curious now...which wineries are you hoping to explore?

Lariana Carm is apparently great too. Hoping to get my hands on a couple bottles. If the wine is more robust and makes us go “wow” we don’t mind the price

I adore BH & BO – terrific ageing wines…Lariana Carm, as I enjoy their Bordeaux blend. I must try But Moon Curser certainly flies under the radar, no?

QG is a perennial fave…have been a Barrel club member for many years. Their Connemara is special.
