Saturday, December 17, 2022 - Transparent ruby. Lovely and boisterous nose that is floral, and that also shows some sweetness, with some creamy vanilla notes. Delicate mouthfeel but quite punchy with tart red berry fruit. Red cherry bubblegum, red plum. Structurally this is certainly in the higher acid / lower tannin box.
