Saturday, February 27, 2021 - My wife commented that had a lot going on and was like a big fruit cocktail and I know what she meant.
I find this perhaps a shade too rich and ripe, we had the Wittmann Westhofener earlier in the week and we both absolutely loved it, just had more elegance. We enjoyed this but didn't love it.
Still have a few more bottles, see how it evolves in the next few years.
