Thursday, August 20, 2020 - Very pale yellow color, very little and very fine bubbles. Nose doesn’t give off much other than a hint of orchard fruit. The wine provides a hit of nicely integrated acid on the front of the tongue followed by a rush of beautiful apple fruit flavor that slowly falls off the tongue and lasts for what seems like forever. After being open a bit the finish adds a really nice salinity that really completes the wine. A really really good bottle for sub $45
