Saturday, September 28, 2019 - 375ml. Had 2 bottles of 1949 Pavie. Contributed by Fine Wines's boss. What a treat. Typical nose and palate of earth, forest floor, truffle, smoke, tobacco. I realised that Pavie had the capability to age well. I had tried several Pavie and all show consistency or potential.
