Saturday, April 27, 2019 - Seymour Wine Club Meeting 4/27/19 (Home of Lew Stanio): Tasted blind. Aromas of vanilla, cherry and currant. The nose on this really stuck out because it was the only one with vanilla on it. Just different from the others. Got flavors of cherry, blackberry and plum. Ends with a 15-20 second finish with cherry notes. I initially liked this a bit more but after re-tasting and comparing to the other wines I downgraded it. Not a bad wine but just a notch below the other in my opinion.
