Saturday, June 3, 2023 - colour is dark ruby and clear. floral, tart and ferrous on the nose. on the palate, bright acidity all the way through, crunchy red currant, very streamlined in texture, gripping tannin on the close. some bitterness as well (but this and the tannin soften with air and time in the glass). long lingering mineral flavour on the finish, which i think is the strong suit of this cuvee.
