Wednesday, December 23, 2020 - Has quite the classic white burg/SO2 nose, some match stick; deliciously medium rich fruit on the palate, fabulous acidity and overall balance, lengthy finish weaves rich stone fruit, hints of saline and mineral, with a lovely savory note mixed in. Actually seems more "classic" than the other Santa Cruz Mountain vineyards, which sometimes show a touch of a more flamboyant tropical note. Just beautiful Chardonnay.
