Saturday, March 12, 2022 - Curiously little on the nose and if anything more vegetal than fruit aromas - light cabbage, wet moss, cut wood and some black pepper.
Medium-bodied and full of flavour in the mouth. Spicy, dry, mixed forest fruits - a sort of earthy juiciness and deliciously chewy. Good tannins still - his could last longer.
