Sunday, March 8, 2020 - Another very good bottle; color slightly golden, but nose lovely with no signs of premox; ripe apple and pear, a hint of lemon creme, poached peach, mineral notes, bright floral notes; the palate feels just a bit more creamy and rich than prior bottles, but still has plenty of freshness and is delicious.
