Saturday, January 13, 2024 - Nose has alcohol that mellows out. Lots of Cabernet / dark fruit. Some chocolate.
Flavor is very rich - lots of plum and oak. Some sweetness throughout. Tannins are very well integrated.
After being open for about an hour, more cherry, and tobacco coming through.
Lovely wine.
