Monday, October 30, 2023 - This is excellent right now. I opened it to pair with raw oysters as an appetizer and was blown away. It was better with the chick lobster & New Zealand Wagu surf & turf that I intended to drink it with. It's beautiful and I wish I had a LOT more of it. I still have plenty. It has at least a few years left before peak.
