Wednesday, August 10, 2016 - This is now classified as "medium" rather than "Oloroso", since it is not a dry wine. Not however too sweet in reality either. This is just a good entry level Sherry that can be consumed alone or with appetizers or desserts. So it is versatile but not terribly distinctive. There is more depth here than in Bristol Cream, in my opinion, so the value proposition is solid.
