Saturday, June 1, 2019 - Lots of obvious new oak usage on this. Not very green and not very cab like. Ripe and jammy red fruit, high alcohol, high oak on the palate. Very silky tannins, medium acidity, high alcohol. Very extractive, too much so for me, but I can see some people enjoying this. Almost saccharine in quality.
