Thursday, November 5, 2020 - Much better than the the previous bottle i drank out of a batch of 6. It had a very fine mousse, light yellow color and a nose of ripe yellow fruits, some vanilla, cream and was still fresh. Proved to be the perfect drink with shellfish.
