Friday, January 18, 2019 - Tasted at the cellar door.

2010 was a personal favourite and waiting to see what the 2012 turns out like.

That said the 2016 has tannin but retains a great mouthfeel and flavour.

It is mellow, but retains backbone at the same time.

Advised by the cellar (Caroline) that this will only improve up to 15yrs. NB 2016 was a good vintage.
