Sunday, September 29, 2019 - Typical Fume blanc
Aromas of peach, apricot, ripe fruit, fresh lime, juniper, oak spice, green herbaceouness. Aromas of petrol suggest some Semillon in the blend. A very complex nose.
A richer palate, chewy, with moderate acidity, high alcohol, good weight, good length.
