Thursday, January 18, 2024 - Pale straw appearance. Generic aromas/flavors of lemon peel, green apple, brioche, toasted almond. Ok acidity level. Pedestrian length of finish. This style of champagne is overtly yeasty for me and overpowers the character and purity of the fruit which I don’t love.
