Wednesday, April 3, 2019 - A private dinner at Berry Bros (The Townhouse, No 3 Pickering Place): Beautifully clear and fresh with a blast of lime-marmalade. Long, tingling. With Salt-baked and glazed celeriac with yeasted butter sauce, charred brassicas and chive oil.
